Pay: $17 an hour plus $1 an hour in commission. Seasonal role supporting a corporate gifting program.
What you need: High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months or more in customer service, call center or phone sales. Needs a wired internet connection over 25 Mbps and a quiet space. Not hiring in AK, CA, HI, IL or MT.
Everise
Healthcare Customer Service Representative, Work From Home
Pay: Pay is not listed on the posting. Base pay plus cash incentives, with medical, dental, vision and 401K.
What you need: High school diploma or GED. Must pass a drug screen and background check. Healthcare experience is a plus. Needs a wired internet connection (50 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up), a quiet workspace, your own headset, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.
Carenet Health
Healthcare Customer Service Representative, Remote
Pay: Recent Carenet postings have ranged from about $15 to $17.50 an hour, with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match and paid time off.
What you need: High school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, Outlook and Word, and a caring, patient phone manner. Two monitors and reliable home internet are usually required. Hiring is limited in several states.

Pay: $17 to $19 an hour starting pay. Sedgwick lists this one as always accepting applications.
What you need: High school diploma or GED and 2 years in leasing, property management, customer service or account management. Insurance or real estate background preferred. Includes a credit check. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 8 PM EST.

F2P Customer Success Associate
Pay: Pay is not listed on the posting. Similar roles are estimated around $20 to $30 an hour. Includes health, dental, vision and 401(k).
What you need: Entry level. Strong writing and speaking skills and comfort helping users by email and chat. Must be able to work weeknights and weekends (5 days on, 2 off). A love of sports helps.

Remote Customer Experience Roles
Pay: Varies by program. Healthcare focused roles have recently listed around $15 to $16 an hour. Check the posting for your exact rate.
What you need: Usually a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, clear communication, a quiet workspace and reliable high speed internet. Alorica typically does not supply your computer, and hires in certain states only.
